(TSX: KDX) announced today that its Board of Directors is recommending that shareholders of Klondex Mines REJECT the unsolicited takeover bid from Silvercorp Metals Inc. (TSX: SVM; NYSE Amex: SVM) and NOT tender their shares to the Silvercorp Offer.
